By booking a ride with SY Cabs, you agree to the terms outlined here. Our services include local, outstation, and roundtrip taxi rides across various cities in India.

Booking & Confirmation

Rides can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

Booking is subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Confirmed bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unavoidable reasons like weather or strikes.

Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and selected vehicle plan.

Minimum billing applies as per the chosen plan (Standard, Comfort, Premium).

Additional charges may include tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance, and night stay.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance bookings.

Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation is allowed within one hour of booking if the ride hasn’t been dispatched.

A 50% charge applies for same-day cancellations.

No refund is provided for no-shows.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Driver & Vehicle Conduct

All vehicles are well-maintained and regularly inspected.

Drivers are verified, trained, and follow road safety rules.

Users must not engage in abusive behavior with drivers.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate pickup and drop details.

Be ready at the pickup location on time.

Pay all applicable charges upon ride completion.

Any damage to the vehicle during your trip will be charged to you.

Liability Disclaimer

SY Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen vehicle breakdowns.

We do not guarantee exact arrival or drop times.

Personal belongings left in the cab are the responsibility of the user.

Data Privacy

We collect basic user data only for booking and billing purposes.

We do not sell or misuse personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
